Terms of Service

We help tenants find a place in Nha Trang, and help owners and tenants who leave early find a new tenant. Matching is free for tenants.

Every listing is checked before publication: photos, price, district and terms. We work in Nha Trang only; listings from other cities are not published.

Prices, size, floor and terms come from the owner or their representative. We keep listings up to date but cannot guarantee there are no errors or changes: final terms are confirmed at the viewing and in the rental contract.

Exact addresses are never published. The site shows the district and an approximate area; the address is shared once a viewing is agreed.

Rented places are removed from the site. If you spot an outdated listing, tell us and we will take it down.

The rental contract is between the tenant and the owner. We are not a party to it and do not collect rent or deposits: payments go directly to the owner unless agreed otherwise.

Typical terms in Nha Trang: one month deposit, lease from three months, utilities paid separately by meter. Exact terms are confirmed before signing.

We are responsible for honest matching and support during the deal. We are not responsible for the actions of owners or third parties, for the condition of the property after move-in, for utility outages, or for events beyond our control.

The site may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service but fix issues as fast as we can.

Texts and design of the site belong to us. Property photos belong to their owners and are used to present the listings.

If you are a rights holder and believe your material is published without consent, contact us and we will remove it.
